Our client is the first telehealth platform of its kind, allowing for a personalised discovery of clinicians, products and treatments for teenage acne all the way to graceful ageing. This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of an early team as they expand across the UK and internationally. The business development team is responsible for acquiring new clinicians to partner with the organisation. The Senior Business Development Manager role is a client-facing, quota-carrying position which will be responsible for the full sales cycle from outreach, through qualification, demo, and closing of the partnership with the clinician.
Role Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily outreach via your network, IG, email, Whatsapp and events to develop your own pipeline
- Undertaking qualification of prospects through consultative questioning, and converting qualified leads to demonstration
- Be the internal conduit between new business and onboarding to secure a structured and comprehensive handover of account and onboarding journey for the clinician
- Develop new accounts by outreaching through a variety of channels and turning them into long-term partnerships.
- Be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and closing relevant partners.
- Importantly, you will be the face of the company to new clinicians, so demonstrating a professional and eloquence approach to new business development is integral to the role.
Essential Skills:
- Have 6-10 years of sales ideally in a start-up environment
- Be number driven and have worked to quota targets within your current role
- Effective sales rapport and objection handling with a consultative approach
- Solid experience managing a pipeline and ability to effectively manage multiple relationships at a time.
- Be enthusiastic and willing to outreach and develop new business with potential future clients.
- Love hitting targets! (eg. conversion rates, engagement levels, sales targets) and able to consistently meet and exceed your performance targets.
- Have the ability to effectively prioritise, multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Love interacting with people through strong written and verbal communication.
- Want to be a valuable support system to our partners and ensure they maximise their outcomes.
- Are a proactive problem-solver who is high reliability and has outstanding follow-through
- Are comfortable with ambiguity, a self-starter, and a quick learner, who is able to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment.
