Our client is seeking an innovative National Sales Manager to build upon a customer-centric culture of achievement and teamwork. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, coaching, and developing your direct reports to ensure that regional and national targets are met. You will collaborate closely with the management team to deliver, communicate, and support sales and marketing strategies that ensure the company's short, medium, and long-term success. Additionally, you will manage a small territory, implementing and monitoring business plans across the UK and Ireland, and building strong relationships with key account decision-makers.
As a National Sales Manager, you will set clear, measurable KPIs, provide feedback, and coach your team to enhance performance. You will work with the finance team to utilize data for monitoring performance against targets and forecasting new business results, all while fostering a culture of continuous learning. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales, ideally within the aesthetics or medical sales industry, and demonstrate strong leadership and coaching skills. You should be adept at negotiating, data handling, and CRM usage, with an interest in medical aesthetics and skincare.
